    think this could be implemented through the SNOM XML mini browser as outlined here:
    http://wiki.snom.com/Category:HowTo:Minibrowser

    For example, Contactpad would need to temporarily write the caller's name (if found) into an XML file and then instruct the SNOM phone to load the XML file, for example:
    http://phone_ip/minibrowser.htm?url=computer_ip/caller-id.xml

    This would require that ContactPad also runs a webserver on the client's PC but IMHO this would be a GREAT feature which would make Contactpad stand out from other CTI integrations. I find SNOM's integrated directory rather cumbersome to maintain. Most users have their main contacts in Outlook, at least in a business environment.
