It would be great if the contacts in ContactPad could be accessed and shown on the Snom range of phones
Meaning that if you are called or call someone, their details show up on the phone, not just the number calling. Maybe it's even possible to search the contactpad database from the snom phone too. Combined with the idea of multi ip support for multiple phones, and even multiple gmail and other accounts, would make this an amazing piece of software for snom phones.

think this could be implemented through the SNOM XML mini browser as outlined here:
http://wiki.snom.com/Category:HowTo:MinibrowserFor example, Contactpad would need to temporarily write the caller's name (if found) into an XML file and then instruct the SNOM phone to load the XML file, for example:
http://phone_ip/minibrowser.htm?url=computer_ip/caller-id.xmlThis would require that ContactPad also runs a webserver on the client's PC but IMHO this would be a GREAT feature which would make Contactpad stand out from other CTI integrations. I find SNOM's integrated directory rather cumbersome to maintain. Most users have their main contacts in Outlook, at least in a business environment.
